MYOLS Treat Buckets

Happy Summer! In case your wondering what MYOLS stands for it means Make Your Own Lemonade Stand. I have been super busy the past few weeks planning, prepping, and finally partying with my little one year. We decided to do a "summery" theme since she is my only baby born in hot weather months I couldn't wait to dive into all things summer for her big bash. I found a ton of inspiration on Pinterest but ultimately decided that I wanted to do a lemonade stand party. Check out all the inspiration I pinned here.

I was so excited when I came across this on the www. I knew immediately that I had to create them for my little gal's special day.I loved how these turned out. So cute and perfect for Alifair's lemonade stand party.

Both the kids and the adults loved these. Here is how I made them.

I followed Mariah's tips and found my buckets and shovels at the Dollar Tree. I too switched out the handles so that they would match my theme. While I was at the Dollar Tree I also picked up:

5 packs of 2 Basket Wraps{clear cellophane wrapping bags to wrap each bucket}
One spoil of yellow ribbon
Party cups { 4 pink, 4 green {they come in packs of 12 or 14}}
Party napkins {3 pink and 3 green {they come in packs of 20}}
A couple boxes of cookies {I choose pretty cookies}
Packets of lemonade mix {you could use Koolaid packs for 20¢ each}

In each pail I put a little bag of cookies, six cups, six napkins, and six straws with "25¢" tags, and one packet of lemonade mix that made 2 quarts of lemonade. Perfect for the recipient to make up six cups of summer fun. :)

I created all of my own tags and vinyl cuts. I used my Silhouette Portrait to cut out the words "Lemonade 25 ¢" in pink, green, and yellow vinyl. I also printed out the lemon stickers on sticker paper and cut them as well, along with straw flags and lemonade signs.

Below I have included the printables to make your own buckets. I even included a couple of the cut files for those of you that have a Silhouette cutting machine.

For those of you lucky guys and gals with a handy dandy Silhouette Portrait or Cameo here is a link to a couple of the cut files I created for this project. I used my Silhouette Portrait to cut the straw flags and the vinyl decals for the buckets.

I hope you guys enjoy making these cute buckets for your next Lemonade Party! They were super simple but created a big statement and were a lot more fun than a traditional treat bag.

If you decide to create these let me know. I would love to take a peek at your fun creations.

  1. How darling is this?! Stephanie, you always do such incredible design work, and this is no exception. Thanks for sharing the free cut file with us. Now, all I want is lemonade! Ha ha.
